麵條普通,只有一坨韭菜跟兩片肉,少了一般常見肉燥調味,感覺就是清湯燙過的麵條,口味極為清淡,份量是很多但就是吃粗飽,吃到後來卻有一股油膩感,魚丸湯頭味道也挺平淡。

真的是很不一樣,就是自製手工麵條,吃起來口感與眾不同,煮麵調理的方法味道,我個人在市面上所吃過的麵條,還沒有任何一家麵食館可以比,豬油拌麵加上沙茶粉,很用心料理的一碗麵,重要的是便宜又大碗,手工製作的魚丸、魚餃、魚冊湯,風味更是一絕。

意麵偏硬,且味精味重,越吃越渴(個人不推) 清湯滿滿的豬大骨香氣味道不錯! 滷菜就一般般!

每次都點小乾意麵加清湯,沒有麻醬是用豬油拌上韭菜跟薄豬肉片,如果吃到最後覺得浮豬油味可以加點清湯,但並不是重口味的麵~ 不吃辣的建議點麵還是可以跟老闆說要小辣試試看,店家自己炒的辣椒粉(其實我覺得像重口味的沙茶粉)一點都不辣而且幫麵加了兩百分,如果真的覺得辣一樣再加清湯~ 點完麵再進去夾滷味,夾完滷味跟阿姨說是要內用還是外帶,最後阿姨燙完滷味會跟麵一起幫忙結帳!

The chili powder fried by the shop itself (actually I think it looks like a heavy-tasting sand tea powder) is not spicy at all, and it adds 200% to the noodles. Really feel like spicy and add clear soup~ After ordering the noodles, go in and add the luwei. After the luwei is added, I tell my aunt if I want to use it in or take out. Finally, my aunt will help with the bill after the luwei is cooked!

從武聖夜市吃到新的店面,味道依舊沒變,有小時候的味道,豬油拌著意麵,意麵很Q,滷味很入味,北部吃不到的偉道,希望台南小吃可以永存~
