★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老師聲音溫柔好聽，跟著老師上光課快兩年了，每晚都做著冥想入睡，雖然有時候覺得在冥想時候睡著很不好意思，不過老師卻溫柔的說沒有關係，或許是因為太多需要清理了。
我有嚴重的睡眠問題不過自從上光課跟冥想以後（直接昏睡），問題減輕了很多，心靈上焦慮的感覺有時候在上完課以後會緩解，總之對我收穫滿滿，謝謝老師。
The teacher’s voice is gentle and nice. I have been doing meditation with the teacher for almost two years and fall asleep every night. Although sometimes I feel embarrassed to fall asleep during meditation, the teacher gently said that it’s okay, maybe because too much Need to clean up.
I have serious sleep problems, but since the light class and meditation (directly drowsy), the problem has been reduced a lot. Sometimes the anxiety in the mind will be relieved after the class. Anyway, it has been very rewarding for me. Thank you, teacher.
