延平郡王祠 - West Central District

Yanping County King Temple, also known as Kaishan King Temple, Kaitai Shengwang Temple or Zheng Chenggong Temple, is located in the Central and Western District of Tainan City, Taiwan (Youxingwei Street, Taiwan's Fucheng in the Qing Dynasty). It was the earliest official worship Zheng Chenggong Memorial Temple in the Qing Dynasty. The Kaishanwang Temple built by the people was changed to Kaishan Shrine during the Japanese occupation of Taiwan. It was the earliest shrine established by the Japanese in Taiwan, and it was also the only exception among Japanese overseas shrines before World War II that was changed from a temple to a shrine. The appearance of the northern palace today is the result of the reconstruction in the 52nd year of the Republic of China (1963), resulting in the temple not being listed as a historic site for a long time, until the 99th year of the Republic of China (2010), the Yanping County King Temple (including Zheng Chenggong) was rebuilt.
