The waiting time for me was an hour. Yes, so if you don’t have the time to wait think first before ordering it.
The grandpa is the main cook and with grandma and a young lady.
The taste of the noodles was 10/10! Don’t forget to add chili powder :) to make it sweet and spicy!
When in Tainan eat like a local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pig kidneys with sesame! First time trying eel noodles (ee mian). Loved the pairing of the kidneys with fried garlic, and onion with noodles. Both dishes were really good! Friendly Taiwanese boss who cooks the food. Thumbs up!??
