★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餛飩乾麵をいただきましたが、机に商品出されて、パッと見てすぐ分かるくらい、麺が油まとっている、というか、湯切りがちゃんとできてないのか、とにかく、ここでは餛飩麵は2度と食べたく無いと思いました。
麺はぶよぶよ、餛飩は至って普通、肉燥乗ってますが、味が薄いので、店内に置いてある調味料をセルフで加えたくなるレベル。華平路にある鹽水意麵を思い出しました。あそこも、量が多いだけで、ぶよぶよでマズい麵を提供されました。
店頭にて口頭注文、料金先払い。看板メニューは冷麺？のようなので、もしこちらで食べることがあるなら、冷麺にしてみてください。他の麺はダメだと感じます。ここに行くくらいなら正直、対面にある五妃街滷味の方が、何百倍もマシです。
