★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很好。澳盛把信用卡業務賣給星展所以接觸了星展。但星展的網頁設計得很差。是從荷蘭銀行、RBS、ANZ到DBS現最差的。
excellent service. Aosheng sold its credit card business to DBS so it contacted DBS. But DBS' web design is poor. It is the worst from ABN AMRO, RBS, ANZ and DBS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 什麼都很爛，只能來臨櫃繳錢比較快，忘記信用卡繳費多少，問人員一概無法幫您查，就算您是本人，還需要自己打信用卡客服自己查詢，且那就算了，重點要打進去給客服還要等很久，真是夠扯的
繳費的方式真夠少的，真是浪費時間在繳費
Everything is rotten. You can only come to the counter to pay faster. Forget how much the credit card pays. Asking the staff ca n’t help you check it. Even if you are the person, you still need to call the credit card customer service for your own inquiry. I have to wait a long time for customer service.
There are really few ways to pay, it ’s a real waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只是辦個改名的業務，中午時段沒人，進入後直接辦理，等了40分鐘還沒處理好，櫃台跟我們說怕我們中午還沒吃飯，後面還要等很久，卻又不說清楚還需要多久，請我們晚點再跑一趟。
真是太誇張，我知道改名要等，手上也跑了七家銀行，但都沒有到這麼誇張。
櫃台小姐態度客客氣氣的，語氣也很為難，一星是給整個公司制度跟流程。
後續更新，最後總共等了超過兩個小時才拿到。
It’s just a business to change the name, no one at noon, just go through it directly after entering, wait for 40 minutes and still haven’t dealt with it, the counter told us that we were afraid that we hadn’t eaten at noon and we would have to wait a long time later, but it didn’t make it clear that we still need it. How long, please let us run again later.
It's too exaggerated. I know I have to wait for the name change, and I have run seven banks, but none of them are so exaggerated.
The lady at the counter is polite, and has a difficult tone. One star is given to the entire company's system and process.
Follow-up updates, and finally waited a total of more than two hours to get it.
