★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在隔壁芋頭粥吃飯，親眼看到老闆娘煮菜備料，食材掉在濕漉漉的地上又撿起來丟入鍋中，看起來像豆輪豆包類是不太貴的食材；拿來隔熱鍋子的抹布擦了桌上也擦了菜刀（瞠目結舌），衛生堪慮。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蝦仁好吃，但不確定有沒有泡藥，蝦泥沒挑。飯被醬汁抱付著，好吃。但有點乾。不能加價多蝦仁。排骨湯，筍子比排骨多，筍子甘甜，但…有點刮。排骨湯肉嫩。缺點…在馬路旁，吃風飛沙。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 什麼都有加糖的樣子，燒肉好甜喔，吃了要喝好幾口白開水。菜是不是也加了糖？有時候飯正常，有時候飯吃起來也會很甜。好像只有煎魚沒加糖而以。食物都有它的原味，不需要加太多的調味料。請少加一些糖，身體更健康。

這種組合在台南有很多選擇，以蝦仁飯而言，不算高明，飯是吸飽醬汁，但醬汁真的沒有太多香甜味，呈現的是明顯的醬油味，洋蔥或爆香料味並不突出，蝦仁不差，但跟飯卻很疏離，是攤名主打，沒能成為再去的主要吸引力。
香腸不錯吃，飯攤上中上水準。
小菜都是冷的，，，，在車水馬龍的圓環邊，吃一盤盤的冷菜，不小心真會引起內心的ㄏㄧ,ㄇㄧˊ感，難怪同時間各桌都是老五型的單身在吃，慎入。換個角度，也可以想成加班回家吃冷桌菜，那種責任的驕傲。
但我還是習慣熱的。
