很不幸的需要給那麼低的評分,老闆的時間觀念不能勝任這大量的工作,大堆大堆的待修品堆積在店門口,鞋子都被壓到變形,老闆說反正都要修,但是我總覺得過於隨便。四次往返都撲空,營業時間不能準時開店,中午有午休也沒有列在營業時間上,等到午休時間過了也是沒有準時上工。期間電話聯絡說定的時間也無法交貨,在面執的解釋也是剛好都有狀況,不知道是我都剛好巧合還是如何。建議愛護鞋子或是時間需要精確的人另尋他處。

2021/05/25 有來拿修理的背帶,結果整個縫針亂縫一通,兩邊線的顏色也亂七八糟亂用一通,整個工法極差,縫線整個線雜亂無比! 認為做生意的基本原則還是要有,不用到極致完美,但這樣的隨便,就清楚知道店家對自己經濟上的不缺乏,此店請參考意見!

(第1趟) 2月初拿了3雙鞋子給老闆處理鞋底。 3雙加起來收了我1、2千的費用。 2月遇到過年,說要2月底才能給我。 我想說不急著要穿沒關係。 (第2趟) 3月初還比預定時間過一週才過去拿,竟然說還沒好,因為他前陣子身體不舒服!!我心想人家身體不適也沒辦法,就說那沒關係,我過陣子再來拿。 (第3趟) 過了2個禮拜,我再過去,確實拿到三雙鞋,看到成品有夠差,鞋底修剪處一堆毛邊....心想這技術怎這麼差。但我沒說出口,想說穿在底下就算了。 (第4趟) 拿走後回家放鞋子時發現其中Clark那雙的原鞋底開口了!! 覺得這也太誇張!!隔天又再拿回店裡請老闆處理。因為這雙他收最多錢竟然還處理成這樣!! 然後老闆說明因為新膠跟舊膠會拉扯造成原膠脫離,說他會再處理。 (第5趟) 再過1、2週(4月了),我去拿鞋,跟我說膠整個脫落重用,掛在外面還沒好。 老闆說讓我明天再來拿,我實在是很懷疑我的耐心哪來的,沒生氣。 我說好,我過幾天再來拿。 (第6趟) 又再過1、2週,5/3(一)這天去拿鞋,老闆直囔囔說重新用重新黏,這樣都沒有再跟我收費喔! 我心想,不是給你處理後才脫膠的嘛!! 我看到成品後整個心情很沉重!! 鞋底膠到處看得到,黏得很差,最後檢查到一隻鞋的表皮破了一大片皮!!!! 10元大小的破皮!! 我:我鞋送來時沒有這樣,怎會破了!! 老闆:這皮比較細嫩容易破,我再上點鞋油就會比較不明顯。 老闆塗了鞋油後還是一樣就是破皮看得很明顯阿!! 當下我真的火大到不行,但我一句話都沒罵,只說就這樣了。 鞋就拿回家,路上我氣到爆炸竟然沒有叫他退費!! 回家就把鞋丟了! 我應該當場叫他丟掉!! 鞋已丟,來不及拍照給大家看。 ★從垃圾桶撿回來補拍照。 可以看出鞋底補得很糟,還有毛邊。 以及表皮破洞處。 以上我共花了6趟來回處理3雙,才3雙鞋子!! 老闆還用壞了我最貴的1雙Clark鞋子表皮!! 還厚顏不慚的說他重新處理鞋底沒有再跟我收費!! 我真該去叫他還我修理費!! 沒送修前是可以穿還美美的鞋,只是鞋底磨平才會拿去補底。 打這麼多了,如果您還是敢拿去給這老闆處理,只能說你真的心臟大顆!! 工作室內的鞋亂放堆成一小座山,根本不愛惜客人的東西。 真的超級無敵大爛店!!!!! 交期不準時,處理技術有夠爛!!!
