★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桌面、餐具乾淨，整體價值遠勝收費。青江菜、蘿蔔切法講究有細心考量到熟度跟口感 ; 麵條口感很紮實，軟硬度也是我喜愛的(微硬)。重點的湯頭喝的出食材慢熬的味道，肉塊厚度、口感跟鹹度比例真的恰到好處!
The table and tableware are clean, and the overall value is far better than the charge. Qingjiang dishes and radishes are cut with careful consideration of doneness and texture; the noodles have a solid texture, and the firmness is my favorite (slightly firm). The key soup head has a slow-boiled taste of the ingredients, and the thickness of the meat, the taste and the saltiness ratio are really just right!
