肉質沒什麼羊騷味，膠質很多
美味無雷，就是油了一點
但油才好吃啊?
我喜歡羊油拌飯
炸得酥脆的油蔥，油蔥香配上羊油再加上煮得粒粒分明的米飯
直上兩碗也沒問題
朋友喜歡清燙羊頭肉，跟豬頭皮有點像滿滿的膠質，口感很好
清湯都可以續湯是最划算的品項
清蒸羊三層肉下面鋪了滿滿的蒜頭去腥味，連一點騷味都無法接受的人也都可以接受了，而且蒜頭的加持下，清蒸的湯頭硬是比清湯美味不少
整體價格略高但美味無價

羊肉皆處理恰當，一點羊騷味都沒有，只剩下羊肉的甘甜味。
今天點了清燉羊肉湯和藥膳羊骨湯，兩款湯頭都非常棒，但羊肉湯裡的羊肉略為稍硬一點。涼拌羊頭肉則十分適合老人小孩吃，非常軟嫩。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my! This place is out of the world! I have never eaten so many type of cooking style of lamb! Oh Gosh! You must really try this store if you are a lamb person ?. I will want to come back for more. There is an aircon room for you to seat but dinner time is okay to seat outside.
