來這邊打疫苗,因為忘記與其他疫苗間隔太近,所以特地打電話來更改時間,櫃檯人員與醫生都很細心又關心的幫我改好時間,真的很感恩。

電話態度極差。補:跟其他人一樣是詢問疫苗相關事宜,電話中我使用了「您好、請問、謝謝您」人的基本禮儀,得到的卻不是簡意明瞭的答覆,而是「員工發洩情緒的答覆」。業主你想保護員工的心情我可以理解,但我不是個案相信你也很清楚。「如果業主想達到保護員工及不與客戶對立的話」,我建議你安裝電話錄音及櫃檯架設具備錄音的攝影機吧。有爭議就調錄音、視訊,便於你了解真實情況也不會冤枉任何人,我會留評低星並不是一次定論。

想預約施打疫苗,但政府政策一再改變實在讓人摸不著頭緒,因此想說打電話去之前施打的診所詢問,好在小姐人很不錯,細心解說,才能讓我順利預約及接種第三劑疫苗,真的非常感謝。辛苦基層防疫人員。

打電話詢問疫苗接種的問題,小姐接起來就說「小姐有什麼事嗎?」還以為我打錯電話 問疫苗接種問題,小姐只回覆「上平台」多問幾句,她又不耐煩:) 能理解疫情下大家可能為了打疫苗,診所接了很多電話也回覆很多人 但一接起來就口氣態度不好,讓人嚇到也以後不會想去貴診所看診 在此也謝謝櫃檯小姐不耐煩的回答:)
