服務不好,公司不會教育員工,我相信師父在這,(( 服務上表現維修會好,我頭跺下來給你坐,師父心情不好不爽就不要來上班麻 ))
勸客人,服務品質不好,相信維修也會扣分不好
去維修換機油後,請師父幫我保養噴潤滑劑看手煞車(之前是換機油當中就會保養,這次已經換完機油,沒做保養動作,才跟師父講)
>>結果就是,
(今天去,腳被機車縺過,還被大聲叫罵,當下師父一句道歉也沒有,而且集體幾位員工,咆哮大聲客人,(我知道你們請的師父都刺青刺龍刺鳯,跟黑社會沒二樣)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前因機車發不動,來這家更換啟動馬達和電池,騎不到半年就再度出現問題,電池發到沒電,再次去檢查時,檢查方式跟之前都不一樣,一直跟我說沒問題,但不到半年電池壽命只剩70%這樣算沒問題?!然後一直叫我等,等了3個小時了還要等⋯維修跟售後服務感受很差。
如果是需要更換零件的維修不會再來這間。
後續總店有接洽瞭解狀況,有釋出解決事務的態度,感受有好一點,或許之後有狀況可以跟總店反應會有較好處理。
I came here to replace the starter motor and battery because the locomotive could not start. After less than half a year of riding, the problem occurred again. The battery was dead. When I went to check again, the inspection method was different from before. But in less than half a year, the battery life is only 70%, so is it okay? ! Wouldn't come here again if it's a repair that requires replacement parts.
In the follow-up, the main store has contacted to understand the situation, and has released an attitude to solve the problem. The feeling is a little better. Maybe in the future, if there is a situation, you can respond to the main store and deal with it better.
