Both of the food and service are really great!

food tastes great, especially the siao long bao.

Tastes good! Recommended.

Food rating is 4.5 stars for taste but service is 1 star for lack of training n some attitude! We visited for lunch on Wed Feb 12; ordered some dim sum, stir fry Vege n rice noodle w beef 乾炒牛河粉 plus some turnip cakes to take home. I have been here before n Today food is kind of not as consistent: stir fry Vege was overcooked; charsiu pastry has thicker skin n noodle plate has so little beef that it is so pathetic (crumbled 5 little pieces in a plate of noodle that charges $400NT. The worst is service! When the noodle arrived, I was anxious to scoop it but disappointed that there is no beef so I asked the waitress. She politely replied there must be some in the bottom but then a man in the suit (supervisor?) jumped in n we told him. He immediately used the chopsticks to dig into the plate, flipping them n looked for beef then keep saying there r some.... N its same color so hard to find. Yet followed by saying have u had this dish before? Now I am upset, I have travelled half the world n ordered this where ever I get a chance...! Then my friend said not even 5 pieces r found n the supervisor flipped n found some, said here they are. In such class of restaurant, I would expect the supervisor to say ”I m sorry you r not satisfying, can I do sth about it. Take the dish into the kitchen n go flip it there, .... NOT at our table n please do not ever ask yr guests have you ever had this. At the end, w so few meat, he said ” our beef r import from US so it is expensive!” I guess I should return to eat beef in US cos it's less than what we give to homeless in such class of restaurant in Taiwan! We tried to be pleasant to the waitress n enjoy our lunch, we walked past the supervisor who didn't greet us n gave us attitude upon our departure. You might be famous n reputable but with this kind of arrogance n service, I will not return n neither my friends.

Being in a couple times. Always love the food. Today tried “8-grain stuffed duck” . Great dish and nice dimsun
