★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed with feather duvet and pillows! We had good sleep! Hotel was very busy and because we booked last minute we could only get a family room with no bathtub but was a good room. Windows even in low floors are very sound proofed, could see building work outside but hardly audible. Sauna and Health Club was clean, outdoor pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t swim as weather was quite chilled and windy in the evenings.. Buffet breakfast wasn’t bad with self served beef soup. Good spacious parking lot! Overall it was a good experience. For sure will stay again when we come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are not bad, but the network is the worst. I used to be able to use my own router, but it stopped working without any notice, and even though a business line was provided, the connection was poor and would suddenly stop working for a long time.

I am quite disappointed.
• Sometimes the room smells like sewage, perhaps because the water is not flowing properly.
• The toilet water does not flush, so even if I think I have flushed the toilet, sometimes there is still water left in the toilet.
• I was surprised to see a lot of small flies in the corner of the shower room.
• The staff is unbelievably responsive.
The rooms are clean, so I could put up with the above three, but the fourth happened, so I will write about it.
I demand immediate improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with the room and the overall service from the staff. However, extremely disappointed as the pool is not heated and not swimmable at 18 degrees. Also, I stayed on Tuesday morning so the gym was closed. A main reason for this hotel for me was for the gym and pool which were both not usable. I feel I paid for services that I did not get. Also, had to wait a long time for breakfast and there were empty tables inside.

only slight negative is the evening menu is a bit limited and isn't described well in English, need some vegetables side dishes.
But what is presented is always good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room doesn't even have bottled water for you. They only provide you a bottle and tell you to pour water in the hall. The reason is "protect environment". For those who wants to wash your clothes, sorry, they don't have laundry machine. If you want to wash your clothes, you need to send your clothes before 10am and they will send it back to you around evening, which means you cannot laundry your clothes if you only stay for one night.
