好吧，我就當我眼瞎看錯她髮色，反正不是明顯的亮色系，也很肯定就是你們家，因為我導航就是導這裡，而且從很早之前就一直有人在反應你們員工態度不好，請虛心檢討好嗎？！當天遇到那個女員工真的態度很跩很差，櫃檯第一排的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了一張無期限的溫泉券，等要用的時候才知道旅行社和溫泉會館只簽約一年，所以沒辦法使用，需要自己去店內退錢，可以退全額，但是有點麻煩。
除了這個小插曲以外，覺得每次去購買票券或行程時，都有很棒的服務，以後還是會去啦！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那天去大億要使用幾張國旅卷買票卷，卻因自己的疏忽(資料不齊全)，要購買的票卷張數反覆修改，導致結帳時有點混亂，現場的服務人員還是和顏悅色的幫忙處理，沒有一絲的不悅，真是值得嘉獎！
