Local's secret breakfast shop

Good food

They have variety. But not great tasting stuff. Their leek jian bao is acceptable. All else is mediocre.

100% Local Breakfast Provider where you may have local egg roll and dumpling and so on. Long queue is par for daily life. You may enjoy your food in front of the shop, but it's normally quite crowed that i personally not used to have.

Yet a another Taiwanese traditional food shop, local made, fresh healthy and really tasty. It remembers me of India as we make pancakes with rice flour and not with white flour. We call it DOSA, it was just like that, I was almost in tears ? after eating the pancake, I missed #sambhardosa and #coconutchutney, the only diffence was it had bacon, cheese and egg, the rice flour was properly battered, fermented and also well cooked. It's not so easy to cool this, because if u don't mix the batter properly then the pancake would go to waste, correct amount of salt, perfect balance and perfect taste to end my brunch ?. The place was so empty, but when we stood near the counter, there were 10 people standing behind in a big que, very famous among the locals and its a moving crowd place. Sad part is they only have take away and no sit in. This was our second time, because last morning everything got sold out so fast, so we made it little early and got the pancake. Apart from their famous and traditional pancakes, they have dumplings, pork bun, Chinese pancakes, (燒餅英) clay oven rolls fried Kind of fried biscuits (燒餅). Pricing is very nominal, rice pancakes each 28$ntd without cheese ?, 38$ with cheese, dumplings 3for 10$ntd... Really recommended for office people, students and busy working people. Not bad. If you’d like some breakfast but not so used to having beef soup and braised pork rice in the morning, maybe you can give this one a try. :)
