★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic beef soup does not come with rice, but altogether a wonderful bowl, with good amount of meat and clear beef broth. A good hangover cure. Gets crowded, and you might have to split tables with other groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tainan is famous for beef soup. When it comes to late snack, many people recommend BEEF SOUP. Usually beef soup restaurant opens late, closes late. Some of them even open till morning.
The fresh cuts of beef never frozen. They just put raw beef in the bowl, use boil soup to make it ready to eat.
This one is the first we had in the trip. It was pretty good, very tender and juice.
