It's still delicious since I was a kid, my favorite is the meatballs soaked in oil! It is the best meatballs in Tainan in my mind~~ If there is egg yolk, it is like!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很好吃喔，朋友推薦，雖然有點小貴，但是炸的肉丸沒有很油，也不會勾很多欠，吃完也不會覺得味精過多不舒服。 環境也算蠻乾淨的！
It's delicious, recommended by a friend. Although it is a bit expensive, the fried meatballs are not very oily, and they will not be too much. After eating, they will not feel uncomfortable with too much MSG. The environment is quite clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四顆星給肉圓本人，炸得不油，裡面還有蛋黃，香氣足夠，吃起來也很有層次感。扣兩顆星給肉羹⋯肉只有一點點，其他都在喝勾芡，也沒有香菇香氣。
Four stars are given to the meatballs themselves, they are not fried well, there are egg yolks in them, the aroma is enough, and the taste is very layered. Deducting two stars for the meat soup... The meat is only a little bit, and the others are drinking thick, and there is no mushroom aroma.

油泡的肉圓但不會很油膩，料比一般彰化肉圓多了鹹蛋黃，沒有很大顆也有點乾，覺到沒什麼鹹蛋黃的香氣，筍塊小小的，還是跟去彰化吃的肉圓有差別～但在台南想吃的話這邊還是會來吃！
環境乾淨衛生～
If you are in Tainan and want to eat Changhua meatballs, this is it!
The oil-soaked meatballs are not very greasy. The ingredients are more salted egg yolk than the ordinary Changhua meatballs. They are not too big and a little dry. I feel that there is no aroma of salted egg yolk. There are differences in meatballs~ but if you want to eat in Tainan, you will still come here!
The environment is clean and hygienic~

The skin of the meat ball was too hard for me. The portion of the meat felt very little comparing to the size of the skin. Not very impressed in general.
