★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從朋友當了店裡的師傅，不管生日節日都是訂唯一選擇，但是今天真的是一次不愉快的經驗！預定了4點取蛋糕，去了說要等(那我為何要預訂），若真的因為節日數量多，也是情有可原，但是等了快20分鐘，等到的還是現做的，等我回到家，上面的焦糖都流到蛋糕底部，根本是一蹋糊塗！真不知道現在的家樂怎麼會是這種服務品質，應該不會再去消費了！
