★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開幕之後已經來光顧好幾次，除了食材新鮮之外，環境衛生整潔度更是台南少見。
其炸物起鍋之後會以脫油機瀝掉油脂，吃起來口感比較不會太油膩。
個人覺得雞排口味相當好，其他炸物也都有水準，老闆跟老闆娘都很親切，服務很好，值得再次回購。
店家位於民生路跟海安路口，隔壁是紅茶名店宣福居，而海安路的另一邊即是台南超人氣的名東蛋糕，一起買很方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近很常光顧的鹹酥雞店，食材品質不錯，尤其帶骨類的三角骨與雞脖子炸的不過乾也不會有冷凍的雞臭味，滿200還會附贈餐盒，算是最近宵夜的好選擇。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹽酥雞的雞肉乾，甜不辣與魚板像是沒炸過，讓人懷疑是否會炸食物。份量偏少，少到以為被外送員偷吃了。
