★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外帯で、炒意麵と魚丸湯を食べました。飲料主体のお店かなと思っていたのですが、炒意麵と魚丸湯のどちらとも具材と味付けがしっかりしていて、とても美味しかったです。とくに炒意麵には、アサリも入っていて、貝好きの自分としては、かなり感動しました。魚丸湯も魚のすり身と野菜がたくさん入っていて、ダシの味も良かったです。こういった台湾の小吃店では、思わぬところで、おいしい料理のお店に出会える、楽しみがあります。
In the outer zone, I ate fried chicken and Uomaruyu. I thought it would be a beverage-oriented shop, but both the stir-fried noodles and Uomaru-yu were very delicious with the ingredients and seasonings being firm. Especially, clams are included in fried noodles, so I was very moved as a lover of shellfish. Uomaruyu also contained a lot of fish paste and vegetables, and the taste of the stock was also good. At these small stalls in Taiwan, you can find delicious food in unexpected places and have fun.
