★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨肉皮薄脆，肉多汁，快炒功力還不錯，挺下飯的，炒鴨肉剩下的湯汁和骨頭煮成米粉湯，真的挺好吃的，推

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆態度不友善，跟他說明不要加辣，當作沒聽見，可能是在睡覺時被挖起來 有起床氣吧… ㄧ副跩的很，脾氣很大，又說了第二次不要加辣聽見了嗎？老闆說 剛剛他沒戴口罩，現在戴口罩 聽見了 只是他沒這個習慣回應客人， (態度口氣很不悅) 跟他買了10幾年的店，不會再踏入此店了。

但他..經營品質卻不斷下降,連烤鴨的基本工“片鴨”都片的2266歪戈棄挫,不整！
餅皮也從手工桿麵皮,換了春捲皮,漿皮...
我是老台南人眼看..台南有很多聞名小吃老店都有相同的問題！
老店換代經營簡化製作程序口味變了質！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少有鴨肉店讓先生主動想去買的，這間烤鴨的甜麵醬讓先生讚不絕口，烤鴨的油脂不會太膩，咬久了還有一股香味跟肉的甜味
但是炒鴨架的醬汁感覺稍微偏鹹了點，不過拿來配飯剛好
