年愈半百還沒看過有任何醫療院所會一天限定三位初診的 想要初診必須有搶頭香的運氣 但願每位心血管疾病患者都有那種好運了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陳醫師黃醫師是我見過少數看病如此有耐心的醫師，在人人看的起病的現代社會是難能可貴的。健保要醫療便宜，品質要維護自然也有難度；醫療分級更顯重要，急重症理應自知轉往急診而不是在擠向基層診所。
Dr. Chen, Dr. Huang, is one of the few doctors I have ever seen who is so patient in seeing a doctor. In a modern society where everyone sees the onset of the disease, it is invaluable. Health insurance requires cheap medical treatment, and it is naturally difficult to maintain quality; medical grading is more important, and acute and critical illness should be transferred to the emergency department rather than crowded into grassroots clinics.
