米糕米粒不均勻，有些沒熟透。
煎魚腸過頭都變碎了。

台南好吃又平價的米糕太多了，所以平均高標準的狀態下，蔡家的價位就略高了…
至於口味…那天我剛從台北回去，相較之下，真的覺得還不錯(跟北部的同價位米糕相比)，哈哈哈~應該會被台北人揍。這家不是說不好吃的意思，而是台南實在太多好吃的選擇，只要你願意花點心思去尋找。
四神湯，不對我的胃口，所以不好多說。
但是我個人推魯鴨蛋、滷丸、滷豆腐，好入味，真好吃~
老闆也挺親切的阿，沒有遇到評價上說的那樣。

Sishen soup is not to my appetite, so I can't say much.
But I personally recommend Lu duck eggs, braised balls and braised tofu. They are delicious and delicious~
