I have been to Tainan many times, and I have been looking for the pork-dried rice with the authentic taste of Tainan. This restaurant was decided to try it because of what was said on PTT, "There are only two kinds of Tainan pork dry rice, Futai and others." I thought that most of the old stores in Tainan were reticent, but as soon as they arrived at the door of the store, the clerks greeted them cordially and showed no impatience at all. This is not simple. I ordered a bowl of dried pork rice followed by a few side dishes. When one end of the dried pork rice came up and looked at the oily flower and sauce color, I knew that I had found the bowl of Tainan pork dried rice that was destined for me. The sauce has a unique Tainan sweetness, it's not salty at all, and the rice is cooked well, making it a perfect match with the sauce. The several side dishes ordered are not inferior, the Jinsha tofu is soft and delicious, The only downside is probably that my stomach is not big enough, because the prawn rolls are so delicious, I can only order one, which is frustrating.
