★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵體本身較粗，大概跟辛拉麵一樣粗細,加上半熟的蛋。我個人覺得可圈可點。湯我選清燉牛肉（哇嗚清甜不失濃郁）非常搭配我的乾麵。

然後鴨血就十分普通
普通到可以不吃（真心話）
 The noodle itself is thicker, about the same thickness as Shin ramen, with a half-boiled egg. I personally find it remarkable. For the soup, I chose the stewed beef (wow, sweet and rich), which goes well with my dry noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整體東西雖然好吃，但太貴了，而且乾麵份量沒有很多。麻辣湯是很好喝的，有紅燒味，還有中藥材的味道，而且蠻濃的，不喜歡中藥味道的可能會不喜歡，豬肉片蠻嫩的，算喜歡。
The whole thing is delicious, but it's too expensive, and the portion of dry noodles is not much. The spicy soup is very delicious, with a braised flavor and a taste of Chinese herbal medicine, and it is quite strong. Those who don't like the taste of Chinese herbal medicine may not like it. The pork slices are quite tender, which is considered a favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the location in Anping. Already packed around lunch time. We got lucky to get a spot! I like how the soup and the noodle are separate, I can enjoy the broth and the chewiness of the noodle. Will certainly revisit when I have a chance.
