★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泡芙外殼比較屬於空氣感的，與現在法式或日式泡芙大相逕庭，倒是蠻像放大版的義×泡芙外殼，如果抱著想體驗一下，阿公阿嬤的那個年代，能夠吃到甜食是多麼不容易的事，不妨可以感受當時的小確幸，否則可能會與期待有點落差喔！

The old-fashioned big puffs, freshly packaged and eaten, ice-cold, not too sweet, not greasy, super delicious. The lady boss is super amiable.

好奇古早味泡芙是什麼口味和口感所以來嚐鮮一下，平常太習慣日式泡芙，這種古早味泡芙吃起來就沒有滿足的感覺?泡芙本體沒什麼味道，口感不會硬，但也沒有鬆軟的感覺，咬下去空空的感覺，裡面的卡士達醬冰涼冰涼的還不錯，有一點點點沙沙的口感，個人沒有很喜歡，但朋友覺得不錯，卡士達醬沒什麼奶香，不過不會甜膩。
