The boss is very kind to teach the bowl Kueh how to eat. It's really good to eat after watching the green tunnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 碗粿料不多，粿的比例偏高，味道還好，很便宜但沒什麼記憶點，燙青菜很大份 老闆娘幫我們加蒜說因為疫情嚴重要殺菌哈哈
雖然碗粿普通，但是老闆娘超親切的跟我們聊天，推薦我們景點，很溫暖~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The auntie was super nice to me and she taught me how to eat the bowl rice cake with a traditional utensil, a stick actually. The bowl rice cake is yum and not pricey. I didn't try the famous one because they don't sell any due to the water shortage. But I like it here. Very down to earth and simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the signature version and it was awesome! The uncle shared with us the recommended way to eat it, after we asked. He suggested for us to first cut it into bite sized sizes and we can eat using the stick (traditional way) or the fork (the modern way). We had it 4 ways: (1) one quarter we ate as is, (2) one quarter we took with the sauce (3) one quarter we ate with the spicy sauce, and (4) the last quarter we ate with a mix of the normal sauce and the white garlic foam sauce (be careful it’s pretty strong). I loved them all! The uncle did say that the signature has taste so I’m not sure if this will work the same with the other types.
The shop also has a vegetarian version!
