★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天過去辦理開戶，剛好沒有人等候，掃QR扣填資料很快就可以去櫃檯了～辦理開戶的尤小姐很親切，等待的時間也不會很久☺️

服務人員都在那邊跟客人聊天?
可以理解對方可能是有利益的聊天；但真的超級無敵慢！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛的服務（全銀行沒人情況下等接近一小時才開始服務），爛的客服回應方式（口氣不耐煩），超級無敵爛的app設定，要我登入後在改一次密碼我他媽還需要一開始設定我常用密碼幹嘛？你們直接給我一個隨即帳號密碼讓我去改就可以了啊？讓我設定我常用帳號密碼後登入馬上重改另外號碼是耍白痴嗎？
Bad service (waiting for nearly an hour before the whole bank does not start service), bad customer service response method (impatient tone), super invincible and bad app settings, I need to change my password once I log in and I fucking need it Why do I set my common password in the first place? Can you just give me a random account password and let me change it? Is it an idiot to let me set my frequently used account password and log in and change another number immediately?

雖然看見很多不耐久候的負評
來銀行辦事基本上都是需要等待的
至少在迎賓接待上還算親切有禮！
少一顆星是開車外面真的不好停車?
