許	許芯芸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道打電話問櫃檯問題結果好像欠小姐（或是阿姨？）幾百萬一樣是什麼意思？原本也是好好說，想問做單顆牙套價錢，但櫃檯竟然表示：「那你為什麼不去原本看診的診所做？」但我疑惑的是，我原本就在此門診看診，所以我打電話諮詢，但櫃檯的態度好像很不耐？就算醫生技術再好，我相信有這種櫃檯小姐還是會把客人都拒於門外的唷☺️若是職業倦怠的話還是建議可以找個方式調適心情而不是讓患者覺得莫名受氣。 - 看了蠻多評論都是提到關於「櫃檯」的「態度」，或許診所自己也要「正視」這個問題了，雖說醫療業並不是服務業，但患者也不需要莫名其妙受氣的，謝謝，更何況也只是「諮詢」罷了。 I don't know what it means to call the counter to ask questions and it seems like I owe the lady (or aunt?) millions?
