下午3點多與老公去大潤發購物,老公心血來潮想要嘗試「丸龜製麵」,購物完畢,協同爸爸三人,前往離家近的家樂福「丸龜製麵」共度晚餐。 從手扶梯迎面而下,「丸龜製麵」宏偉壯麗的店面,映入眼簾。 由於下午5點,還沒有什麼顧客,仔細欣賞整個櫃檯佈置、工作區的劃分,客人用餐位置的安排,格局的處理燈光的設計,風格時尚簡單大方。 我們三人點「鬼滅炸天婦羅雙人套餐」389元加上「鬼滅炸天婦羅單人套餐」189元+泰式豬肉烏龍麵134元,一共花了712元。 泰式豬肉烏龍麵的湯頭鮮甜麻辣,麵條Q彈有嚼勁,薄薄的幾片油花豬肉,猶如泰國Pattaya女郎,穿著比基尼在沙灘那麼的辣! 接下來的兩大木筒炸物~單人套餐內含物:炸蝦兩隻、炸茄子、炸雞塊、手製鮪魚飯糰一個。 因為單人套餐沒有含麵,所以加購一碗泰式豬肉烏龍湯麵。 雙人套餐:炸蝦兩隻、炸花枝兩條、炸時蔬、炸雞塊4塊、手製鮪魚飯糰一個、一碗烏龍麵。 他們有一個專門「製麵手」,從冰箱拿出特製的麵團,在工作台上擀平,再放到製麵機,咻一下,麵條瀑布整個出現,讓人看了好感動。「製麵手」有條不紊把所有麵條收齊,放入煮沸鍋中,拿著麵杵用力搖晃,約莫幾分鐘,再度撈起麵條放入流動的冷水當中,Q彈的烏龍麵就這樣誕生了。 這位「製麵手」小帥哥,知道我在拍照也在攝影,雖然有點靦腆,但他的態度是嚴謹而認真的,十分令人佩服他敬業的精神。 品嚐鍋中的炸物,每一道都是熱騰騰的香酥爽口,蝦子、花枝非常新鮮可口;雞塊鮮嫩多汁,而且沒什麼骨頭,裹粉也恰到好處。 總之,看到我們三人見底的鍋碗,大家一定了解有多好吃。 原本想給五顆星,因為他們的硬體、軟體方面服務員廚藝態度相當認真親切,每樣都非常的好吃,而且份量充足無可挑剔。 但是不能使用信用卡,只能現金支付,令我十分疑惑,許多美食街的餐廳都能夠使用信用卡和手機付費,無錢包的時代已經來臨,這麼好的一家餐廳,為什麼不能與時俱進呢? 期待店家傾聽我的建議。

點了番茄雞肉和豚骨烏龍麵, 整體來說還不錯, 烏龍麵麵體口感不錯,湯頭也不賴~ 炸物還ok正常發揮~ (不起眼的鮭魚飯糰也還不錯) 有機會會在來吃~~~ 推!!

建議選擇套餐,關東煮會直接放碗裡,不然一碗素烏龍湯麵會顯得很空虛, 口感上其實不錯,份量來說只能止餓

用台新atm出來的折價卷來消費 扣分第一點是只收現金 不過有雲端發票,但沒主動問 扣分第二點是沒主動問需要停車折抵嗎 餐點烏龍麵麵條很Q很有口感 明太子蛋那個蠻好吃的 豚骨那個就很普通,湯頭還好 炸物很推炸魚,也許是剛炸好的 外酥內嫩的口感很好吃 可樂餅覺得還好,有點膩 炸雞也很推,沒骨頭的,咬下去有雞汁
