★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服態度惡劣，以高價位買他們口中的高端寢具簡直惡夢。客服回覆他們的商品都沒有問題，是顧客自己感受有問題。不提出解決方法，直接把商品品質粗糙責任推到客戶感受身上，見識到直播時熱情跟客服售後服務卸責的二種模樣。
不會再次購買。真心完全不推薦！
去翔仔居家實體店面也比直播說得天花亂墜的高端寢具來得實在。

The customer service responded that there was no problem with their products, but the customer felt that there was a problem. Will not buy again. I really don't recommend it at all!
Going to the physical store of Xiangzai Home is also more real than the high-end bedding that the live broadcast said.
