>>>Tainan rice cakes are so rich, they are minced pork, pickled cucumbers and fish floss. Of course they have them here. Sishen soup is excellent. Rice Cake Gaiden- Three types: Qingshui Tongzi Rice Cake, Chiayi Rice Cake, Tainan Rice Cake. I don’t know if anyone has experienced the same. Tainan rice cakes should have good minced pork to add flavor. Fish floss seems to have the same function. Pickled cucumbers play a role in relaxing the minced pork and avoiding the taste of minced pork. The problem is here. Tainan rice cakes have more fish floss. The fish floss will lose its fluffy and almost disappear when it is in the minced pork sauce. But when everyone is together, the pickled cucumber and fish floss do not match. 加的肉燥不會太油,糯米是我喜歡Q彈有咬勁,不會太軟,配上鴨蛋很剛好!會想要再來,少ㄧ顆星是可惜了,用餐環境有點差(雖然跟很多其他米糕老店比已經好很多)
The minced pork is not too oily. I like the glutinous rice, which is chewy and not too soft. The duck egg is just right! Will want to come again, it is a pity that there are fewer stars, the dining environment is a bit poor (although it is much better than many other old rice cake shops)

米糕和燙青菜不錯、但四神湯的湯頭不是個人喜愛的口味(太清淡沒四神湯的味道)
Rice cakes and blanched vegetables are good, but the soup of Sishen soup is not my personal favorite (too bland and not like Sishen soup)

跟小時候的回憶有著不小的落差,覺得味道沒以前濃郁,米糕不夠粘,基本上兩家PK個人選榮盛米糕,錯身而過了十幾年終於相遇,有點小失望
There is a big gap from childhood memories. I feel that the taste is not as strong as before, and the rice cakes are not sticky enough. Basically, the two PK individuals chose Rongsheng rice cakes.

老店的味道,從小吃到大。是台南我愛吃的米糕店家之一。滷蛋是「鴨蛋」,蛋黃味更重喔!
The taste of the old shop, from small to large. It is one of my favorite rice cake shops in Tainan. Braised eggs are "duck eggs", and the yolk taste is heavier!

Nice, and I didn’t think the shop was that dirty. Dishes are quite small though, and the taste was exactly what I expected with was actually slightly disappointing.
