★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在水仙宮後方,地點較為隱蔽不好找,傳統糕點好吃,有些產品(像是麻糬、菜包)非常態販售,要配合節日才有。店家很親切,除了怎麼保存方面的問題,如果想了解更多傳統糕點,店家也很熱心解說??
但店家會直接用手抓食物、找錢、摸東摸西(蓋子、冰箱、橡皮筋⋯⋯等等),中間都沒有洗手或戴手套,雖然做吃的很多都有這個問題,但疫情已持續近一年,應該與時俱進,改善不佳的衛生習慣。因為腸胃不好也覺得有點噁,所以送給可以接受的朋友吃了,如果沒人要吃就會直接丟掉,店家如果真的有在用心做食品,應該改善衛生習慣,而不是讓消費者花錢還得承擔浪費之名☹️
基於衛生不會再去,不知店家是否會改善,建議想購買的人先觀察店家與其他客人的交易,可以接受再購買。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無意間發現隱藏在市場的傳統糕點店,遇到了一年因為重陽節只做三天麻糬(內餡不甜,外面是黃豆粉)~真很幸運。特別是杏仁牛奶糕真的很綿密,更勝許多名店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後天(1017)是九九重陽節,從今天起,只做3天的"日式麻糬"恰恰好被我轉彎就遇到了。老闆娘吳太太說明,因為重陽節必須要祭拜祖先(拜公媽),"天心軒素食餅店"一年只有這三天馬不停蹄地做日式麻糬。
為何供桌上非有麻糬不可的歷史已不可考,可能從日據時代就有這樣的傳統習慣。分為紅豆跟綠豆兩種口味。1個12元,一盒10個120元。素食可。很軟,不會太甜。
為了新鮮的緣故,因此一年只做3天,本店的特色就是新鮮好吃、現做手工,這三天,老闆吳先生跟兒子第三代共三、四個人一起做,總共得做出4、5000個的數量。每年有老客戶固定訂500個來拜拜。
店面位於小小的巷弄, 比較難找 。

一開始老闆跟我們說:「我們絕對會回來再跟她買一次^_^」,大家那時都沒把老闆的話當一回事。
一開始先把糖餅壓碎,一片一片的拿起來嚐,彷彿在吃古早味道的餅乾,餅內的黑糖分佈蠻均勻的,不會有突然沒味道的部分出現,糖度調的也很恰到好處,不至於死甜或是太苦,甜甜的吃起來相當幸福。
後續的行程中也吃了蠻多間當地的糖餅,都沒能做的跟這間一樣好吃,要不是黑糖做得太膩,就是分佈不均勻,而且味道都調的不太優。
於是結束旅程的最後一站,還是回到了市場裡的這間攤販,買了20個糖餅才啟程回家鄉。

The brown sugar in the pie is fairly evenly distributed, and there will be no sudden unflavored parts. The sugar content is adjusted to the right , Not too sweet or too bitter, sweet to eat is quite happy.
I ate quite a few local sugar biscuits in the follow-up trip, but none of them were as delicious as this one. Either the brown sugar was too greasy, or the distribution was uneven, and the taste was not well adjusted.
So at the last stop of the journey, I returned to the vendor in the market and bought 20 sugar biscuits before setting off to my hometown.
