和勝堂建舘迄今七十有年，虔祀諸尊王，【由舊舘】『敬和堂』引靈而來，由 王魯 先生等十名信徒虔誠信仰參拜，當時並未取堂號，虔祀劉、黃、李、雷、南等諸位尊王，以及玄天上帝，並以李府三尊王為主神。
主神 李府三尊王 之來歷乃是大陸山西省大同人氏。
當時主神 李府尊王 威靈顯赫、聞風慕名，有位虔誠信徒，由和勝堂引尊王之靈俸祀，取堂號為『金勝堂』，和勝堂之堂名即是取【敬和】及【金勝】之【和勝】而命名『和勝堂』，草創肇始以木材為牆、錏板為頂，後再增祀清水祖師。
