平凡無奇的店面，讓許多人就此錯過，沒熟門熟路的人介紹，不會知道老闆累積超過三十年的熱炒經驗，炒出的飯是如此美味，粒粒分明，每粒米都被醬汁完美的包覆，油潤鹹香，卻沒過度到濕黏，十分爽口，讓人一口接一口，好久沒吃到這麼棒的炒飯了。而簡單的貢丸湯，老闆也不會過度加味精、塩，所以搭配較重口的炒飯，十分得宜。而老闆還有一道，家裡長輩也讚許的炒烏龍麵，也是一絕，但肚中已經塞滿炒飯的我，只能下回再來品嚐了^^
