位於金華路上,位置都擺放在人行道上,有提供環保餐具很棒! 柴魚為基底,湯頭偏甜,但淋上了辣椒和黑醋後味道又提升了一個層次,不愛喝湯的我喝到快見底~酥炸花枝厚實新鮮,非常好吃! 肉燥飯一樣也是偏甜,還是吃不習慣,肉燥有點肥~燙青菜量不多,也是淋肉燥做調味

鋒記紅燒花枝羹   紅燒花枝羹,70 招牌三寶飯,40  紅燒花枝羹的羹湯清澈,花枝給的大塊,但就是偏甜,明明是鹹湯喝起卻帶甜,不難吃是吃不習慣。 招牌三寶飯我非常愛,裡面有肉絲、蝦仁和花枝,統稱三寶飯! 米的部分我忘記口感如何,不過米飯上的醬香味濃郁,吃了第一口就讓我喜歡上,一碗40元真希望台中也有這碗三寶飯  品嚐日:2020/10/09
