★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 順化牛肉河粉湯頭聞起來很香，喝起來一點都不膩口。乾的牛肉川燙雞蛋麵，味道濃郁吃起來也很清爽。牛肉水餃的牛肉餡很好吃，吃得到滿滿的牛肉味。下次還想再來試試其他口味。
 The Hue Beef Pho Soup smells very good and it doesn't taste greasy at all. The dried beef and Sichuan hot egg noodles are rich in flavor and refreshing. The beef filling of the beef dumplings is delicious, and you can get a full beef flavor. I want to try other flavors next time.

雞蛋面顏色不黃比較脆口，跟我想吃黃色雞蛋麵有嚼勁的不太一樣，湯頭還行、不難喝。
乾拌花枝比較特別是用豆仔薯銼簽當佐料，恰當酸度，無辣不歡的人可以加多點辣椒（這裡的辣椒湯比較不辣）

The color of the egg noodles is not yellow and it is more crispy. It is not the same as the chewy yellow egg noodles I want to eat. The soup is okay and not bad.
Dry mixed flower sticks are more especially seasoned with jicama filet, appropriate acidity, and those who are not spicy or unpleasant can add more chili (the chili soup here is less spicy)
