非常推薦台南金華路和大勇街交接口附近的這一家正宗越南河粉 讓我最驚艷的，是他越式春捲的醬汁， 看照片有愛心形狀的 老闆把這個醬汁的比例調得非常得好 吃過這麼多越南春捲，很少讓我印象這麼深刻的 多拜他的醬汁 他的燙青菜中規中矩有台南的香香甜甜 紅燒牛腩河粉 微微的咖喱在裡頭 增添幾許河粉香 海量的檸檬汁任你加 價錢非常的公道便宜

Not bad pho, large portion. Like it for the lemon juice sauce and chilly pepper sauce, really tasty! High C/P.

Great Vietnamese Food. Here is a quick comparison of Vietnamese Food in Taiwan vs US, Broth: (advantage Taiwan) Broth is much clear and less MSG used in this deli place. I did not feel dry lips after eating there. Rare Steak: (advantage US) No doubt, American meat cow tastes far better than Australian import and Taiwan native water buffalo. Seafood: (advantage Taiwan) Taiwan is an island country. Plenty of fresh seafood available. Seafood served in US Vietnamese restaurants are mostly imitation crab, fish cake, fish ball. Very little non-processed seafood. Noodle: (advantage Taiwan) Five different noodles are available in this deli place. Regular Pho noodle is one of them. Pho noodle (known as sandy river fun 沙河粉 in Chinese) originated from Canxi 廣西 province, the neighboring province to Vietnam, is not indigenous to Vietnamese Food. (Pho: Hu Tieu) Green Papaya Salad: (advantage Taiwan) Green papaya is tropical fruit. Taste is far better in Taiwan than those imported or farmed in US. Must try dish in this deli. (First two items in the left column of the bottom box) Specialty Noodle Soup: (advantage Taiwan) Vietnamese Tom-Yum-Goong is pretty tasty. Hot and sour seafood is the name used on the menu. I would call it Tom-Yum-Goong, because it tasted like a light version of Tom-Yum-Goong. (Chua Cay) They also serve Central Vietnamese noodle soup known as 順化 or Bun Bo Hue, but did not order this time.

Shop has a wide range of noodle dishes to choose from. You can choose between beef, pork and sea food. There's also a number of salads, we tried the chicken-papaya salad which was great. The noodles were satisfying, portions were fairly large for a very reasonable price.
