排骨滷的很入味,是大家都會喜歡的味道 配菜我這次選了古早味筍乾,配飯剛剛好 另外豬腳也很推薦喔!

跟我認爲一般的「排骨」不一樣,感覺像是燉的很軟爛的「軟骨肉」,燉的很入味、好吃!

這家老字號滷排骨飯銷聲匿跡七年之久,去年總算又重出江湖,落腳於民族路上與一間美食「鳳姐鴨腿飯」比鄰。今來勘察房子修繕進度,又到午餐時刻,今特渴望吃到米飯,選擇「金鶴滷排骨飯」吃他家招牌“古早味滷排骨飯”(配菜有二種選項,古早味筍絲+半個滷蛋或選3樣菜色),個人覺得他家的配菜賣像不是挺上相,所以保守點古早口味。金鶴家排骨製作工序繁瑣,首先要先將排骨醃製後粿粉再經油炸,然後經過漫長時間熬滷,讓軟骨呈現軟綿,咬下時可吃到軟綿膠質。整體評論,金鶴滷排骨飯如與大同路上「上富小吃店」的滷排骨飯媲美,個人較獨鍾上富的滷排骨飯(上富會給7顆星)。二家滷排骨飯都蠻值得推薦!

想給3.5星 排骨粉很厚裡面還有不少軟骨吃起來蠻膩的 豆豉小魚乾有點鹹一點點辣但不錯吃 可選菜盤(三種配菜),或是古早味(半顆滷蛋配筍乾)
