★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拉麵、扁食麵のお店。蝦仁扁食麵をいただきました。スープはよく言えばあっさり、悪く言えばコクがなく薄い、なので、お好みに応じて店内に置いてある調味料を足すといいです。麺は細麺、茹で加減悪くはないですが、特に美味しいわけでもない。扁食は気持ちばかりのエビが入っている程度で、市内蝦仁餛飩の溫州大餛飩PORT155 大蝦餛飩に比べたら、こちらのお店のエビの具合と風味はショボい。
小腹が空いたので腹の足しに、という感覚で訪問するのがいいお店だと思います。口頭注文、食後料金支払いです。
A restaurant for lamb and flat noodles. I had Ejin Hitoshi. The soup is light if you say it well, and if it is bad, it is not rich and thin, so it is good to add the seasoning stored in the store according to your preference. The noodles are fine noodles and boiled, but it's not particularly delicious. The flat food is filled with shrimp just like the feeling, and compared to the Oshu 餛 驩 PORT155 Daizo 餛飩, which is the city's shrimp 餛飩, the shrimp and the flavor of this shop are more shobby.
I feel hungry, so I think it's a good place to visit as if you are hungry. Oral orders and payment after meals.
