換人做味道完全不一樣,不知道是不是萬年老滷鍋換了,以前阿姨在的時候很有味道,都會說不要太鹹,一週至少吃一次,這次吃了有點失望,沒說不要太鹹也沒什麼味道,而且科學麵太爛,青菜超生?

來台南住了8年了,真心覺得這間滷味店的滷汁不推不行。 味道不會死鹹,香氣也很夠,吃完後嘴裡還會有點回甘的感覺,也不會像一般的滷味吃完就會一直想喝水。(所以我默默的把滷汁都喝光了) 料的部分,有很少見的豬腳筋跟紫菜捲。 豬腳筋滷到一抿就會化開,紫菜捲則是吸滿了滷汁的香氣,建議來的人一定要點看看。 甜不辣還有百頁豆腐則是先滷過再炸。而且雖然他們主要是賣滷味,但炸物的部分還是很有水準的!滷過的食材炸完就算不用再加胡椒鹽香氣也是十足。 不過這次很可惜沒吃到老闆娘推薦的肥腸,還有在吃完後才發現的肉燥飯。下次一定要吃到! 另外希望以後可以新增白蘿蔔跟凍豆腐,吸滿湯汁後,一定是大拇指的啦。
