★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素食というと野菜ばかりで、味付け薄く食べ応えない、なんだかダイエット食品的なもんなんだろう、という先入観をもちつつ訪問。こちらのお店は麺や炒飯も取り揃えた素食屋ということで、一般的な小吃店と同じように麻醬麵と麻油炒飯を注文。
どちらも総じて、味はほんとうに薄い。よくいえばさっぱりしてる。して野菜が多い。なるほど、こういうこが素食料理なのだとわかる。麻醬はサラッとしており、しつこさはなし。炒飯の味付けも塩胡椒というよりも、薬膳かなにか？で味付けされた印象。健康的といえば肯定的ですし、濃い味をお好みの方は全く満足しない味と思います。
店頭にて口頭で注文。食後に料金支払いです。

In general, the taste is really thin. I'm refreshing to say the least. And there are many vegetables. Indeed, we know that this is a plain food. Mapo is smooth and not persistent. Is seasoning of fried rice rather than salt and pepper a medicinal meal? Impression that was seasoned with. Speaking of health is positive, and those who like a strong taste are not satisfied at all.
Oral order at store. The fee is paid after meals.
