★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路選了門號到門市要辦，劈頭問有沒有網路保留，搞了快半小時才知道網路選號沒有辦法保留。
以為臨櫃申辦會更快，等那麼久竟是人員根本不知道保留操作，又不盡快問公司客服，在他們面前打給客服接不通，請他們幫忙問才願意問。
沒有解決客戶任何問題，不知道講話在“自信”什麼？
I selected the door number on the Internet and went to the store to do it. I asked if there was a reservation on the Internet. It took about half an hour to find out that there is no way to keep the Internet number selection.
I thought it would be faster to apply for the counter, but after waiting so long, the staff didn't know how to keep the operation and didn't ask the company's customer service as soon as possible. Calling the customer service in front of them couldn't get through, so I asked them to ask for help before they were willing to ask.
Did not solve any problems of the customer, do not know what is "confident" in the speech?
