★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiny food stand by a busy road, where you can see the chef cooking outdoor. Everything here is super fresh and with a clean and authentic taste. The garlic rice and the milk fish dishes are amazingly delicious. Perfect breakfast that will make you so jealous of being a Tainan local. The place is fast paced, not easy if you are with small children.

Missed out on the intestines as they are usually sold out by noon. fortunately got to taste garlic rice for the first time and as with most great food it's the simple things that taste the best. If you like garlic definitely a must try. The fried milkfish belly was well done too with a light frying technique.
