4.地處教學區：臺南大學、家齊高中、臺南高商、中山國中、建興國中、進學國小、忠義國小、南大附小、第一幼稚園等。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8階建、単身サイズから家族サイズまで部屋のサイズは色々。
管理人(みんな親切)24時間滞在で安心。避難経路は各階段１つだけなのでやや心配なのと、毎週土曜朝8時？9時？から台南空港から空軍が飛び立ってちょうどマンション上を轟音で通り抜けること以外は、特に不自由なく生活できました。
中二階にあるなんちゃってジムは、使ってる人、見たことないです。小さめの部屋で家賃月17千元ほどから。地下駐車場利用の場合は、使用料追加。
