 We arrived at the scene at 11:40 on Saturday, 8 numbers were waiting to be processed, and the number 3 was skipped until 40 minutes later. The staff at the counter are kind but they have to deal with the business and the sales plan. The processing time of a single case is too long and it is very inefficient

Is it fun to play with people? It takes more than half an hour to go back and forth from my house.
I talked about a plan and it turned out that every two days, the contract has not been completed for one year and cannot be changed.
Thank you for making me go from looking forward to changing my phone to not wanting to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不想大老遠來這邊耗時間 但某些業務又只能在直營的服務中心處理 週六上午剩2個人在處理業務 看起來很大間 但效率超慢 20分叫不到1個號碼 建議要來這邊要有等很久的心理準備
I really don’t want to come all the way here to waste time, but some business can only be handled at the directly-operated service center on Saturday morning. There are 2 people left to handle the business. It looks like a lot of time, but the efficiency is super slow. You have to be mentally prepared to wait a long time to come here.
