★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了一個套餐 香菇雞湯+燙青菜+瓜仔肉燥飯 雞湯口味清爽 但是雞腿肉太柴 燙青菜太鹹 瓜仔肉燥飯的湯汁是香的 但也偏鹹
涼拌豆皮口味清淡
涼拌粉嫩豬肝…一點都不粉嫩，太乾，而且醃製的醬料很需要改進
麻油雞飯倒是頗不錯的
I ordered a set meal today. Chicken soup with mushrooms + blanched green vegetables + dried melon and pork rice. The chicken soup tastes refreshing, but the chicken thighs are too chai. The blanched vegetables are too salty.
Cold bean curd with light taste
Pork liver salad with pink tenderness...not tender at all, too dry, and the marinated sauce needs improvement
Sesame oil chicken rice is pretty good
