可能是我不適應老師的諮商方式，或是不懂老師的專業
但那天我講完我的煩惱，老師第一個回應是：這沒什麼吧？！
讓我覺得有點錯愕，
可能這是一種諮商方法？
但我不認為對一個心裡已經亂到要求助諮商師的人說這樣的回應是適當的。
後續也持續說覺得這煩惱沒有什麼，
雖然最後還是有給建議，但整體的感覺並沒有讓我覺得放鬆，
第一時間的回應就讓我覺得被否定了，
導致連繼續說的動力都沒有了。
I came here after seeing the high reviews on the Internet, but it was a disappointing experience.
Maybe it's because I'm not used to the teacher's counseling style, or I don't understand the teacher's specialty
But when I finished talking about my troubles that day, the teacher's first response was: This is nothing, right? !
Makes me feel a little stunned,
Maybe it's a consultative method?
But I don't think it's appropriate to say such a response to someone who's so confused about asking for a counselor.
Afterwards, he continued to say that he felt that there was nothing to worry about.
Although I still gave some suggestions at the end, the overall feeling did not make me feel relaxed.
The first response made me feel rejected.
As a result, there is no motivation to continue talking.
