我先去櫃檯詢問事情,後面有一位(可能)是她的老客戶中途插進來,服務人員就很不耐煩的表情跟語氣打發我,叫我去旁邊處理~素質真差!
The service staff of the science college on the first floor are polarized. Some have good service, and there is also a watchman who is dealing with problems.
I first went to the counter to ask about things, and there was a (possibly) her old customer who came in midway, and the service staff sent me away with an impatient expression and tone, asking me to go to the side to deal with it~ the quality is really bad!

總共五個櫃檯
普通櫃檯只有三櫃
真正有人只有一櫃
另外兩櫃是外匯
還有四個理財服務專員
有時候覺得辦一般業務的人都十幾個
理財的也就這個個位數
不懂為什麼台新總是對一般業務這麼不重視

The ordinary counter only has three counters

The other two cabinets are foreign exchange
There are also four financial services specialists
Sometimes I think there are more than a dozen people doing general business
Financial management is only in this single digit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員的人員訓練奇差無比,現場也沒有標語明確表示要辦什麼業務必須到幾樓、什麼櫃排隊申辦。
去過許多銀行,都會有人協助詢問要申辦什麼業務,需到什麼地方排隊等待申辦。
只有這間沒有,完全沒有,是個訓練顧客自主獨立加通靈的好地方。

I have been to many banks, and there will be people who will help you to ask what business you want to apply for and where you need to wait in line to apply.
